Benenden Art Fair

Benenden Art Fair is a wonderful event which occurs annually at Benenden Village Hall. With over 30 exhibiting artists from Kent and Sussex, the show brings in hundreds of visitors over the weekend and it’s a great opportunity to exhibit local talent from Kent and Sussex. The fair always receives great reviews from visitors, who are often shocked that so much talent is right on their doorstep!

 

The fair was originally set up by Annie Watsham and Graham Grant from Grierson Galleries in 2018 and in 2024, I took over as director. I worked hard to rebrand the fair and increase marketing in the area, and I am pleased to report we had record attendance with brilliant feedback from both artists and visitors. I hope to carry forward the hard work Annie and Graham have put into this brilliant show, whilst continuing to make changes of my own.
